If your trash or recycling cart was missed this morning, or if your container was damaged by collection equipment, please contact your city department of public works or contracted hauler directly. Submit a Schedule Correction or Route Update
Did your municipality recently approve a new sanitation contract, adjust bulk pickup limits, or change neighborhood collection days? We appreciate community help in keeping our records exact.
When submitting a correction, please include:
- The name of the city, county, and state.
- A brief description of what changed (for example, recycling moved from Thursday to Friday).
- A link to the official city announcement, municipal press release, or public works portal.
